Cultural diversity is acknowledged
but rarely integrated

Australia's aged care system is undergoing significant reform. How care is designed, funded, delivered, and measured is shifting — and so are the expectations of the communities it serves.

Yet cultural diversity remains an afterthought. Diversity considerations are appended to program designs, layered onto service models after the fact, and addressed through supplementary guidance rather than built into the architecture of care from the start.

Ageing Reframed is a forum that brings together cross-disciplinary expertise to challenge this pattern.
